Rental Rates

Low Season (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb) - £750.00 / $1300

Mid Season (Mar, Apr, May, June, Sept, Oct) - £850.00 / $1500

High Season (July, Aug, Easter, Christmas / New Year) - £950.00 / $1700

Optional pool heating £110.00 / $195.00 per week (Recommended Nov to Mar)
Refundable security deposit £500.00 / $875.00 per booking *

* Refunded upon return of keys and confirmation from our management company that no untoward loss or damage has been incurred during your stay.

Booking

Before completing a Booking Form, please ensure that you have checked with us that the villa is available and that we have confirmed this to you, together with the rental rate applicable to your chosen dates.

We will then place a 72-hour option on the villa for you to allow you to sort out your travel arrangements and make a confirmed booking, once your travel arrangements are in place please confirm your booking by telephone, fax or email.

We will then hold it for you for a period of seven days.

If your reservation is more than 8 weeks away, we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your booking to be sent with your booking form, with the balance due 8 weeks before you travel.

If your reservation is 8 weeks or less away, we require full payment to be made with your booking.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Please note that credit card payments incur a 3.5 % surcharge to reflect the fees we are charged by the credit card companies.
